We are always looking for new ideas to bring the sea and the land together,  mixing fish and vegetables in salads and other preparations. Let yourself be tempted by tasty Adriatic fish. Our core products are the Gratinees: twenty years experience, a wonderful mix of crumb, oil and natural seasonings that bring out the flavour of our fish, tender inside and crunchy outside. Inspired by the local lamb skewers, we’ve reinterpreted them using fish, small cubes of squid skewered and gratineed; a great success! And why not try our scallops, mussels and other skewered products – they’re delicious!!
