Classic squid skewers have yielded two spin-offs, both modern and delicious: the first is made of salmon, an increasingly beloved fish. With its unmistakeable pink colour, breaded in crispy corn flakes, its delicate flavour makes everyone love it.
Ingredients
salmon, parsley, cornflakes, oil, salt, ginger, thyme, marjoram, spices.
deep fry in very hot oil (180°C) for 3 minutes
in pre-heated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes
in pre-heated fry top (200°C) for 3 minutes per side
in nonstick pan for 3 minutes per side
