BREADCRUMB COATED SQUID SKEWER
Skewers are one of the most classic ways of serving food. They are typical of the Abruzzo region, but by now are delicious enough to be popular all over Italy.. Squid skewers are a Marepiù classic: in fact, we were the first company to offer them, 30 years ago! Prepared with flying squid fillets, the great success of these skewers is in the consistency of its flesh and the seasoning of the breadcrumbs. It cooks quickly in the oven or, alternatively, directly in the deep fryer.
Ingredients
giant squid fillet, parsley, breadcrumbs, oil, salt, natural flavours, spices.
deep fry in very hot oil (180°C) for 3 minutes
in pre-heated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes
in pre-heated fry top (200°C) for 12 minutes
in nonstick pan for 12 minutes
