Our pure swordfish burger, prepared using only the best hand cuts, is of such a high quality of a fish that can be enjoyed raw too. It is also particularly delicious when quickly seared on a broil or on the grill! Just a few minutes are enough to enjoy an elegant gourmet burger, sublime in the aroma and tastes it releases. In a gourmet sandwich it can be combined with raw fresh baby spinach and a delicate Bronte pistachio cream!
