FLOUR-COATED FRIED PIN SQUID
We enrich our fried fish family of products with the pin squids; not larger than
3/4 cm that can be eaten in a single bite. They are prepared with a special mix
of flour and breadcrumbs that make them very crunchy. Pour them into the boiling oil from frozen for a few minutes.
Enjoy them as a main course, as an appetiser or as a delicious fingerfood.
