SQUID FILLET SKEWER AU GRATIN



These skewers contain only the most prized parts of calamari, and they are perfect to prepare unique, light and tasty second courses. A useful tip to keep the calamari “sails” from curling is to, always use very high temperatures, so they get cooked very quickly and the quality of the meat is preserved, whether you cook them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, or in the oven, or broiled.

in pre-heated oven (250°C) for 6 minutes
