ARGENTINIAN RED SHRIMPS SKEWER AU GRATIN
Argentinian shrimp is one of the most coveted crustaceans in fish cuisine, both
for the quality and the flavour of its meat. Each skewer has 4 or 5 medium-large
shrimps; the breadcrumbs that coat them are seasoned with parsley, garlic and
basil, to add a mediterranean touch. The skewers can be served as second
course, as a single course, or to accompany a fresh salad.
