BREADCRUMB COATED REDFISH AND COURGETTE SKEWER
Redfish is as ugly as it is delicious: its white flesh is exquisite and compact.
Together with courgettes, it makes up a delicious skewer. As for all our line
of skewers, in this case too, we were able to maintain serving costs under
control. Thanks to their IQF freezing, it is possible to cook only the amount we
need, without waste. Easy to prepare, in the oven, in a pan or on the grill, it can be
served as an appetiser, finger food or as a side dish for a gratin roast.
