BREADCRUMB COATED COD SKEWER
The second version of the classic skewer is made with cod, dedicated to those who love appetisers. It’s a white fish that can have its flavour enhanced by countless different sauces, such as tartare, tuna, harissa, or classic pink sauce, but also with more extravagant products, such as sweet and sour sauce or a yoghurt and chive sauce!
Ingredients
cod, parsley, breadcrumbs, oil, salt, tomatoes, thyme, basil, capers, spices.
deep fry in very hot oil (180°C) for 3 minutes
in pre-heated oven ((200°C) for 10 minutes
in pre-heated fry top (200°C) for 3 minutes per side
in nonstick pan for 3 minutes per side
