Cod fished in the Northen seas meets the typical aromas of the Mediterraneanl ike tomatoes and olives. We gave a fusion style to this skewer putting panko breadcrumbs among the ingredients; a sort of bread flakes that enhances a crunchy texture and a fragrant taste.

in pre-heated oven(250°C) for 5 minutes
in pre-heated fry top (200°C) for 2/3 minutes per side
in nonstick pan for 3 minutes per side
