Cod fished in the Northern seas meets the typical aromas of the Mediterranean, in this case of olives and rosemary.Our skewers are made with premium fish fillets, processed by hand to always ensure high quality. Perfect to be enjoyed together with a dish of gratin roasted fish, typical of the Adriatic sea, it is also perfect on a panzanella tomato salad, or in the company of a mussel and lemon sauce.

cod, breadcrumbs, black olives, oil, salt, rosemary.
in pre-heated oven (250°C) for 8 minutes
in gas bbq medium heat for 2 minutes per side
in pre-heated fry top (200°C) for 2 minutes per side
in nonstick pan for 2 minutes per side
