BREADCRUMB MEDITERRANEAN ANCHOVY FILLETS
The anchovy fillets are of high-quality meat, fished in the Adriatic Sea and the Mediterranean basin.
Our recipe involves lightly coating the cleaned and boned fillets in breadcrumbs, preserving their authentic flavour. Delectable finger food, ideally fried in hot oil at 180°C or baked in the oven. Alternatively, we recommend enjoying them fried and then marinated in a sauce of vinegar, white wine, chilli pepper and onion.
Use spray oil for a best cook result.
